Adopts the EcoHubs Purpose Charter — primary purpose, three secondary purposes, four explicit non-goals, and the conditions under which the purpose may be changed.
EcoHubs Scope Declaration
Adopts the EcoHubs Scope Declaration — the assets, decision domains, and activities under community governance, and the boundaries explicitly outside it.
